Originally from Ireland, Emma graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Physiotherapy. Following graduation, she began working within the National Health Service (NHS) completing all of the core rotations, both as a junior and senior Physiotherapist.

This broad range of experience gave Emma an invaluable foundation to develop her musculoskeletal physiotherapy background. She went on to work within the Musculoskeletal Clinical Assessment service in Liverpool and also worked closely with several Extended Scope Practitioners.

Emma’s key Physiotherapy interests include; Pilates, lower back pain, core stability and knee pain. She has continued to further her Pilates expertise through a number of postgraduate courses with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).

In 2016, Emma decided to travel to Australia for six months and two years later… still hasn’t left! She fell in love with Sydney and began working in private practice in the city before joining us here at Sydney Physiotherapy Solutions.

On a personal level, Emma loves playing all sports and keeping fit. She plays Gaelic football here in Sydney and has also commenced her running career with a few of Sydney’s half marathons!
