Abby graduated with an honours degree in Physiotherapy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2002. Working in a musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinic for 6 years inspired her to develop a particular interest in spinal injuries and rehabilitation, women’s health and pelvic injuries.
In nurturing her physiotherapy interests, she underwent extensive post-graduate training in spinal manual therapy, neuroscience and pelvic floor assessment. Abby was keen to improve her clinical experience overseas and came to Sydney in 2012 before completing a Master in Physiotherapy in the University of Sydney in 2014.
Abby is not only a highly experienced physiotherapist, but she is also fluent in Cantonese and has operational command of Mandarin. She recently worked in a busy private practice for the past 3.5 years in Sydney where she handled a wide variety of patients from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
Abby believes that every individual is different. Therefore, tailored treatment is essential along with ongoing professional development. With her continuing education, language skills and extensive experience in varying clinical settings, she is committed to continually furthering her physiotherapy skills and knowledge.
Outside of the clinic, Abby enjoys photography and meeting new people. She has a lovely personality and would love to meet you to assist you achieve your health goals.
