Kitty completed her Master of Physiotherapy studies at the University of Sydney and has experience working in both a primary tertiary hospital and private practice setting. These experiences have provided her with valuable opportunities to work with a diverse range of conditions and populations.

Kitty is deeply passionate about delivering patient-centred care through use of evidence-based practice by providing education, manual therapy and individualised exercise programs to help her patients get out of pain, achieve their goals and knowledge in self management to prevent further injury.

Clinically, Kitty has a keen interest in musculoskeletal disorders, including shoulder, back and ankle pain, acute sporting injuries and Women’s health physiotherapy. She has also completed her Clinical Pilates certification through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. Kitty uses both matwork and reformer Pilates to help her patients improve core and general muscle strengthening, flexibility, motor control, posture and injury prevention.  She runs small Pilates group classes and one-on-one Pilates consultations.

Prior to her physiotherapy studies, Kitty had completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) also at the University of Sydney. This has provided her with knowledge in chronic disease management as well as exercise testing and programming. Together with her experience as a physiotherapist this allows her to understand the management of injuries and/or conditions across the acute, subacute and chronic stage of one's recovery.

Outside of the clinic, Kitty enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying different cuisines, trains regularly doing powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. Throughout high school and university she had participated in multiple social sports such as basketball, netball and dodgeball. She also loves being outdoors and is always on the hunt for the best hiking tracks and campsites. Kitty is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

Kitty speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
